FAQ
-
Bracing & refreshing lager, with 50% less calories.
Brewed to all-grain recipe with no cheap adjuncts like corn or rice.
-
Brisk is made with an enzyme that reduces our beers to an extremely low level of gluten - below the required <20ppm to be labelled "gluten-free". This means they are non-toxic to coeliacs or those that are gluten-intolerant despite containing wheat and barley.

Our unique recipe uses less malted barley and wheat than standard lager, which is possible, because we use a special process that allows us to maximise the conversion of those sugars into alcohol. This means we have less sugars and carbs in the final fermented beer, resulting in a light and crisp taste.
